Born in 1949, Monchiero graduated from the School of Oenology in Alba in 1970. In 1971, he joined the Italian Wine Group (GIV &#8211; Gruppo Italiano Vini) and was appointed as the 2nd oenologist in 1972. In 1975, he was promoted to the position of Technical Director at Casa Vinicola Bigi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7c868a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7c868a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Between 1980 and 1987, he worked on various projects and later returned to Piedmont, joining Beni di Batasiolo. There, he revitalized the brand, which was in crisis, turning it into an award-winning winery by 1992.
